RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer 14 days to return or exchange your purchase. To lower our environmental impact and avoid excessive shipping, please look through our size and comparison guides on our website before purchase.
Please note the following for a return to be approved
• The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and cannot be removed or altered.
• Item/s must be returned with their tags attached and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed).
• Returns must be handled according to Rivage’s return policy.
Register your return on rivageswimwear.com/returns and follow the instructions on your return note that was sent out with your order. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
ExchangesIf you want to make an exchange, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with.
ClaimsIf you’ve received a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact email@example.com with your order number for immediate assistance.
