Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14 day return policy. To lower our environmental impact and avoid excessive shipping, please look through our size and comparison guides on our website before purchase.

To create a return, please send an email to info@rivageswimwear.com with your reason for your return and your order number.

Please note that a return fee is taken out when creating a return, please see below for return fees depending on country.

EU: 15 EUR
UK: 20 GBP
US: 25 USD
Rest of the world: 30 USD

Please note the following for a return to be approved:

• The protective hygiene strip must remain in place and cannot be removed or altered.

• Item/s must be returned with their tags attached and in its original condition (unworn, unwashed).

• Returns must be handled according to Rivage’s return policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please make a return of your original order and place a new order through our website. In the case of an exchange, we will offer free shipping for the new order.

Claims

If you’ve received a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact info@rivageswimwear.com with your order number for immediate assistance.
